This Alton Bay project involved the construction of three upper penthouse decks, creating expansive outdoor living spaces designed to take full advantage of the lake views. In total, the project included over 600 square feet of Deckorators Voyage decking paired with Trex Select railing to keep sightlines open and unobstructed. As part of the renovation, the entire staircase and balcony system was redesigned and redecked, improving both flow and functionality while giving the property a clean, cohesive look.

A major focus of the project was long-term durability and minimal maintenance. All structural and finish elements were PVC-wrapped using Azek, eliminating the need for future painting or upkeep while protecting against moisture and weather exposure common in lakeside environments. Finished with a custom drink rail, these decks combine everyday usability with a polished, high-end feel—built to perform season after season in Alton, New Hampshire.
