This large deck addition was designed to wrap around a swim spa and transform the backyard into a comfortable outdoor oasis. The built-in swim spa combines the benefits of a hot tub and pool, sitting flush with the surrounding deck for safe, convenient access throughout the year. AZEK decking provides a durable, low-maintenance surface, while TimberTech Impression Rail Express cable railings give the space a clean, contemporary appearance without obstructing views of the yard.

Vertical PVC skirting was installed around the entire deck to conceal the framing and give the completed structure a polished, finished appearance. We also incorporated Tru-Scapes color-changing recessed lights that project light upward, creating a dramatic effect across the deck and surrounding features after sunset. Together, the integrated swim spa, premium decking, cable railings, custom lighting, and detailed PVC skirting create an attractive and functional outdoor retreat designed for year-round relaxation and entertaining.
