Modernize It LLC recently completed a stunning deck project in Bow, NH, featuring both a new balcony deck and a remodeled lower deck. We constructed a 6’x10’ balcony deck and refreshed the existing 12’x16’ lower deck, giving the outdoor space a seamless, updated look.

To achieve a durable and stylish finish, we used Trex Toasted Sand decking paired with Trex Select rails. The same toasted sand color was incorporated into the fascia and skirting, tying the whole design together. A new patio door cutout was also added, creating easy access to the updated outdoor living area.

The homeowner is currently grading around the deck to reduce the step-down height, which will make the space even more inviting and functional for everyday use.
