This project featured the construction of a 28’x16’ screened porch paired with a 14’x16’ outer deck and landing for a residential property in Bedford, New Hampshire. Premium KDAT framing was used throughout the structure and protected with butyl tape to enhance longevity and moisture resistance, creating a solid foundation built to perform in New England conditions.

The deck surface was finished with Azek English Walnut decking accented by an Azek Dark Hickory border for added visual contrast. High-end TimberTech Classic railing in an espresso finish with black balusters and a premier top rail provided a refined, modern look. The screened porch was enclosed with durable Super PVC screening and EZ Screen framing for a clean appearance and easy future maintenance. Recessed lighting, a central ceiling fan, and a thermally modified UFP Edge shiplap ceiling were installed to complete the space, delivering a comfortable, polished outdoor living area designed for year-round enjoyment.
