We transformed an existing screen porch by vaulting the ceiling, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. The walls and ceiling were finished with shiplap, adding texture and charm.

A custom tracked window system with built-in screens was installed to maximize flexibility, allowing the room to be fully screened in during summer months or opened up as desired.

The porch sits atop TimberTech Mahogany decking and features a PVC boxed exterior, combining durability with a polished, finished look.
