These two decks in Windham, NH, were designed to create functional outdoor living spaces using durable, budget-friendly materials. The upper deck measures 12 by 12 feet and includes a large staircase, while the lower poolside deck measures 36 by 12 feet overall and features two separate staircases for convenient access. Both structures were built with Deckorators Summit decking in the Boulder color, a cost-effective composite board that delivers dependable performance, low maintenance, and an attractive wood-inspired appearance.

Simple Trex Select railings provide a clean, practical finish while helping keep the project within budget. We also installed vertical PVC skirting beneath the decks to conceal the framing and give the structures a more polished appearance. The existing fence was extended to connect with the new poolside deck, creating a more cohesive and enclosed outdoor area. Together, these two decks provide the homeowners with spacious, accessible areas for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying the pool without sacrificing durability or style.
