This project involved a complete front porch remodel for a residential home in Chichester, New Hampshire. The existing porch had significant structural issues, including failing framing and a fully rotted staircase, requiring a full rebuild. New supports and structural reinforcements were installed to create a safe, stable foundation designed for long-term durability.

For the finished surface, Trex clamshell decking was selected as a durable, entry-level composite option that delivers a clean, practical appearance. Trex Select railing was installed for a simple, streamlined look that complements the home without overpowering it. The entire porch frame was PVC-wrapped, and the posts were finished with Versawrap to eliminate future maintenance while providing a crisp, finished appearance.
