Built in the fall of 2024 in Nashua, NH, this project features a spacious 20’x20’ outer deck paired with a large 20’x16’ low-pitched A-frame roof. The covered structure gives the homeowner reliable protection from sun and rain while still enjoying an open, outdoor feel. We installed a new patio door to create smooth, convenient access from inside the home directly onto the deck, improving both function and flow. The decking material is TimberTech Antique Leather, chosen for its rich tone and durability, complemented by sleek black Trex Select rails for a clean, modern finish.
To maximize usability, we custom-built a PVC vertical enclosure beneath the existing sunroom, creating dry, organized storage space that blends seamlessly with the deck design. For evening enjoyment, we installed Trex cap lighting and riser lighting, adding both safety and atmosphere after sunset. This project was completed in collaboration with Nowak Landscape Construction, who were in-charge of the beautiful patio and putting green installation that ties the entire outdoor living space together. The result is a functional, high-end backyard retreat designed for year-round enjoyment in Southern New Hampshire.
