Modernize It LLC recently completed a 16’x16’ deck in Wells, Maine, in just 2 ½ days. Built to last, the deck was framed with premium KDAT lumber, a pressure-treated wood that undergoes an additional drying process for added stability and durability. To further protect the structure, all joists were taped to extend the life of the framing.

As a finishing touch, we crafted custom PVC accents on the stairs in a 3D box style, creating a seamless, eye-catching design. This combination of strong framing, protective detailing, and unique finishing makes the deck both functional and visually distinctive.
