This new deck build in Candia, NH features a stunning wrap-around design that connects the back deck to a long front porch, creating a seamless flow around the home. The rear deck measures an impressive 33’x16’, while the front wrap-around porch spans 40’x5’, giving the homeowners generous space for entertaining and everyday relaxation. We used a two-tone combination of Deckorators Dark Slate and TimberTech Whitewashed Cedar as a custom inlay, carrying the same color concept through the skirting and down the stair system for a clean, cohesive look. The railing system features Deckorators Rapid Rails with upgraded oversized posts to enhance the overall visual impact and provide a more substantial architectural feel.
Built with precision and long-term durability in mind, the framing and layout were carefully planned to support both the extended footprint and the additional features. A standout element of this project is the 20’x12’ louvered pergola, which adds a modern, open-concept design while allowing the homeowner to adjust for sun or rain as needed. The combination of expansive layout, premium composite materials, upgraded rail details, and the adjustable pergola transforms this property into a highly functional and visually striking deck in Southern New Hampshire.
