This custom deck project in Londonderry, New Hampshire features a new 12′ x 10′ elevated deck designed to maximize both functionality and long-term durability. The homeowners selected Trex Saddle composite decking for its warm, natural appearance and low-maintenance performance. To complement the decking, we installed sleek Trex Select railing systems that provide clean lines and unobstructed views while maintaining the safety and reliability homeowners expect from a premium outdoor living space.

One of the standout features of this project is the integrated Trex RainEscape drainage system. Installed beneath the deck boards, this system captures and diverts water away from the area below, creating a dry, usable space underneath the deck even during rainy weather. To further enhance safety and accessibility, ADA-compliant handrails were incorporated into the stair design to meet building code requirements. The deck framing was also professionally wrapped in PVC trim, creating a clean finished appearance while protecting structural components from the elements for years of maintenance-free enjoyment.
