The Dover, NH deck project was designed to create a spacious and comfortable outdoor living area with a clean, contemporary appearance. Measuring 24 by 12 feet with two additional landings, the deck features Deckorators Sierra composite decking throughout, paired with all-white Deckorators cable railings. The warm decking color and crisp white railing system provide an attractive contrast while maintaining open views around the property. TruScapes lighting was installed throughout the deck, including post-cap lights, stair-riser lights, and frame-mounted halo ring lights that improve visibility and make the entire structure stand out after dark.

As part of the project, we also remodeled the existing 12-by-8-foot screen room to create a more functional and inviting outdoor retreat. New floor-to-ceiling screens provide an open, airy feeling while protecting the space from mosquitoes and other insects. By combining a large composite deck, multiple landings, integrated lighting, cable railings, and an updated screen room, this project gives the homeowners several connected spaces for relaxing and entertaining. Every component was selected to provide lasting durability, low maintenance, and comfortable outdoor living throughout the warmer months.
