Modernize It LLC recently completed a front porch remodel and back deck build in Litchfield, NH, transforming the home’s outdoor living spaces with premium materials and craftsmanship. The new 16’x16’ back deck was built on a KDAT frame and finished with Coastline Azek decking, a high-end PVC option known for staying cooler underfoot. TimberTech classic composite rails with white posts, black balusters, and custom halo top cap lights were added for both style and function. The deck also features puck riser lights on a transformer for safe, attractive evening use.

For the front porch, we reinforced the existing frame with additional blocking before updating it with matching Coastline Azek decking and TimberTech railing. White PVC vertical slatboard was installed as skirting around the porch, giving the entryway a polished, timeless look. Together, the new back deck and refreshed front porch provide a cohesive upgrade to the property.
