This lakefront build was a fully custom deck, thoughtfully designed to follow the natural grade and rock contours of the property. We used Azek Brownstone decking with a Kona border, creating a sophisticated two-tone look that was carried through the skirting for a consistent, polished appearance.

To maximize usability and access, we included three stairways—one of which features an elegant flared design—as well as multiple hidden access doors integrated around the perimeter.

One of the standout features of this project is the over 30 feet of custom wrap-around bench seating, built using the same decking and border color combination. This not only adds functionality but also enhances the deck’s visual flow and symmetry.
