Modernize It LLC recently built a beautiful 36’x12’ lakeside deck on Merrymeeting Lake in New Durham, NH. Designed for both strength and style, the deck was framed with 8×8 timbers and premium KDAT framing to ensure long-lasting durability in a lakeside environment.

The surface features TimberTech Brownstone decking, paired with Impression aluminum dark bronze rails. To complete the look, we added a matching Brownstone drink rail on top, creating a perfect space for enjoying the lake view. This project blends structural integrity with modern design, providing the homeowner with a timeless and functional outdoor retreat.
