This custom build combines a deck with an enclosed three-season room, designed for extended comfort and year-round usability. The space features a vaulted A-frame ceiling finished in shiplap, delivering both warmth and architectural character.

We installed custom four-track windows to help retain heat during colder months, along with glass details on the top gable end and above the storm door for added natural light and an open feel.

The flooring is made entirely from Azek decking, ensuring durability and minimal maintenance, while the Trex rail system provides a clean, safe finish that complements the modern design.
