This project involved the construction of a 20’x20’ deck for a residential property in Manchester, New Hampshire, designed specifically to provide smooth, wheelchair-accessible entry directly from the driveway. The deck was built perfectly flush with the driveway to create a seamless transition, ensuring safe and comfortable access while maintaining a clean, polished appearance.

TimberTech Brown Oak decking was selected for its durability and natural wood-look finish, while Trex Select railing was installed to provide a simple, low-maintenance boundary that complements the overall design. A custom built-in sitting bench was added for functional, integrated seating, and a 12’x12’ screened gazebo was constructed to create a comfortable outdoor space free from insects. White PVC-wrapped latticework completed the structure, delivering a finished look with minimal long-term maintenance.
