We demolished the existing unsafe concrete entry pad and replaced it with a structurally sound solution using new footings to support both the deck and roof structure. The new porch features TimberTech Legacy composite decking and custom PVC slat skirting. We intentionally left the design without railings to create a clean, open-concept porch that feels spacious and inviting.
