This project blended luxury and practicality by combining a custom deck with a fully enclosed four-season room, designed for year-round comfort.

The deck was built using TimberTech composite decking and features a recessed hot tub, integrated seamlessly into the frame. We added custom PVC slatwork skirting for clean aesthetics and easy ventilation, and finished it with Trex railings for long-lasting safety and style.

The adjoining four-season room was constructed with shiplap walls and ceiling, low-E windows, and full insulation—making it a space that can be enjoyed in every season, no matter the weather.
