This custom project combines style, function, and lakefront living. We designed and built a spacious wrap-around deck that seamlessly integrates with a combo screened porch beneath a one-pitch roof, giving the homeowners a versatile outdoor area for all seasons.

The decking features a two-tone design using TimberTech Antique Leather for the main field and Dark Roast as a contrasting border, adding depth and visual appeal. For the railings, we installed TimberTech Classic composite rails with black composite balusters, offering both durability and elegance.

A custom drinktop rail finishes the space, perfect for entertaining guests while taking in the views of Lake Winnipesaukee.
