For this project, we created a stunning 16×16 open A-frame roof structure that enhances outdoor living all year round. The ceiling features prefinished white shiplap, paired with a ceiling fan and recessed lighting for comfort and ambiance.

To maximize usability and protection, we installed motorized screening, allowing the homeowners to enjoy the space without worrying about bugs or weather. The structure is finished with PVC-wrapped posts and undercarriage, offering a maintenance-free solution that keeps the space looking clean and polished over time.

Underneath, we engineered a custom drainage system and reinforced the support structure to ensure long-term durability and water management.

For the flooring, we used Trex Pebble Grey decking, a high-performance, low-maintenance option that looks great in any season. The look is completed with Trex Select railings, tying the whole project together with a sleek, cohesive aesthetic.
