This project was completed in collaboration with Nest Outdoors, who designed and installed the expansive patio shown below. Their large-scale hardscape layout set the foundation for a cohesive outdoor living space, and our role was to design and build a high-end landing deck that seamlessly connected the home to the patio area. Nest Outdoors is our go-to for landscape designers in Bedford, NH. 

Our part of this project was building the custom landing deck. The deck serves as a natural transition point between the interior and the outdoor entertaining space. It was intentionally integrated into the broader hardscape design, ensuring the materials, elevations, and layout flowed together as one unified project.

To elevate the overall look, we installed Trex rod railings for a sleek, modern finish that complements the surrounding stonework. The deck surface features Deckorators two-tone composite decking, adding depth, contrast, and visual interest to the design. For a clean and durable finish below the deck, we used PVC sheet skirting with a matching access door, providing both functionality and a polished appearance.

The end result is a refined, high-end outdoor entry point that ties directly into the patio design, creating a seamless, visually striking outdoor living environment.
