This Woburn, MA project transformed the homeowner’s backyard with a spacious 16′ x 12′ screened three-season porch designed for comfort and year-round enjoyment. Completed in just 12 days, the structure features two large skylights that fill the space with natural light, along with a UFP Edge finished pine ceiling and crisp white board and batten wall accents for a timeless look. Every exposed surface was PVC wrapped for long-lasting durability and minimal maintenance, while the EZ Screen system provides excellent ventilation and protection from insects. The porch was built using KDAT lumber, a kiln-dried, pressure-treated framing material that offers greater stability and reduced movement compared to traditional treated lumber.

Outside the porch, we installed AZEK English Walnut composite decking paired with Deckorators Rapid Rail aluminum railings featuring upgraded 4×4 posts for a stronger, more substantial appearance. A wide staircase creates a seamless transition from the porch to the yard, making the outdoor space both functional and inviting. By combining premium materials with expert craftsmanship, this Woburn three-season porch provides a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor living area built to perform for years to come.
