Modernize It LLC completed a large 32’x16’ deck build in Raymond, NH, designed with both style and functionality in mind. The deck was built with TimberTech composite decking in the Coconut Husk finish, paired with TimberTech Classic composite rails and black balusters for a sleek, modern look.

To ensure a consistent, polished appearance, we installed a central seamboard to minimize expansion joints and create smooth board flow. The frame was wrapped in white PVC to match the home’s trim, while a new patio door and fresh exterior PVC trim enhanced the overall exterior. With central stairs leading to the yard, this deck provides both easy access and an inviting outdoor living space.
