Joshua and his team do fantastic work! They replaced my old, ugly deck with new Trex decking and railings. They also completely rebuilt the stairs. They arrived on time, finished within the timeframe they promised (3 days) and left the yard spotless. Very easy to work with, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!

If I could give 100 stars I would. We have had several contractors through the years come and work on our house, but Modernize It has by far been the absolute best. My deck came out AMAZING, honestly better than I thought it would.
